30 Minute      $65+HST

Perfect for those short on time or in need of targeted relief, this focused 30-minute session is designed to address specific areas of tension, such as the neck, shoulders, or lower back.

45 Minute        $85+HST

Ideal for those looking for a balance between targeted relief and relaxation, whether it’s easing muscle tension, improving circulation, or simply taking a well-deserved break from daily stress.

60 Minute  $100+HST

We'll focus on problem areas while ensuring a deeply soothing and restorative treatment. Ideal for those dealing with chronic pain or high stress levels.

90 Minute   $140+HST

This full-body massage provides the perfect blend of relaxation and therapeutic work. We address tension points while allowing enough time for deep relaxation.
